Our Story
Service Agreement, Terms, and Conditions
1. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy:
• A 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling or canceling any service. Failure to provide this notice may result in the full amount being charged.
2. Property Damage:
• We are not liable for any pre-existing property damage.
• We carry liability insurance, and in the event our company causes any damage, we will submit a claim and notify you immediately.
3. Deposit Policy:
• A nonrefundable deposit of 10% is required to confirm your booking.
• Should you need to reschedule your service date, the deposit will be applied to the new service request.
4. Travel Fee:
• A $25 service travel fee applies to locations more than 30 miles from our company’s address. This fee may increase for greater distances.
5. Sales and Estimates:
• All sales are final.
• Estimates provided are preliminary and may vary based on the actual condition of the vehicle or property. Additional charges may apply for excessive debris, sand, or pet hair.
• For a more accurate estimate, please refer to the add-on services listed in our booking software system.
6. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee:
• We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, we will redo the service or provide a refund.
7. Services Agreements:
By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and accept the conditions outlined above.
